Team Stuff has been producing custom fan merchandise for clubs, fan communities and companies since 2013 — from fan scarves and bucket hats to complete teamwear. Design requests used to arrive by email: customers had to describe what they had in mind without seeing the result upfront — leading to many coordination loops.
With our 3D Designer, customers now design their fan merchandise themselves — in real time and in 3D. Design templates, colors, patterns, custom logos and text can be freely combined, with the result instantly visible on the product.
Instead of a classic shopping cart, Team Stuff uses a quote-request process: the finished design is sent directly to the team as a qualified inquiry with all configuration details — the perfect basis for calculation and production, without vague emails.
For the configurator, we created the 3D models of the product range — from bucket hats and knitted fan scarves to training jackets. Every model reflects the real product, including material structure, seams and fringes.
From kickoff to go-live took two weeks — including setup, creation of the 3D models, design templates and integration into the existing website.
Team Stuff receives qualified inquiries with a finished design instead of vague descriptions. Customers happily use the tool to create their own designs directly online — and we continuously implement new ideas and improvements together.
