The Challenge

myDartpfeil already offered configurable dart shirts through their Shopify store. However, the existing designer worked exclusively in 2D. Every design had to be manually recreated per order — a time-consuming and error-prone process.

The Solution

With our 3D Designer, customers can now configure their jersey in real-time 3D. Player names, numbers and logos can be placed directly on the jersey — so the customer sees exactly what the finished product looks like.

Through a Shopify integration, the configured jersey can be ordered directly in the myDartpfeil shop. myDartpfeil receives every order with all associated information: size charts, number tables and all configuration details.

Automated Print Files

All sublimation print files are generated fully automatically:

• Automatically scaled to the respective sizes
• Labeled with numbers and names, exactly as configured by the customer
• Annotated with production notes
• Stored in a cloud system, directly accessible for the manufacturer
