Biertischplane.de offered its customers a simple form to request custom printed beer table covers. Customers could select a color and upload their own logos — without seeing what the finished product would look like. Without visualization, there was a lack of confidence in the end result, leading to follow-up questions and uncertainty in the ordering process.
